Marussia F2 Crossover Makes its Debut in Moscow

The Marussia F2 was recently unveiled in Moscow, and boy does it have some lofty goals. With the blocky, zig-zaggy F2, Marussia wants to move beyond the supercar crowd and target well-to-do individuals and fleet services alike. Sadly, it seems to just be a mock-up (no actual stats were provided).

Forget the love-it or hate-it design; the F2 has got more going for it than one might think. It's supposedly got a modular interior, allowing it to be reconfigured depending on the needs at hand, the rear doors slide for better entry and exit, and it uses a multimedia system that integrates GPS, Skype, and probably a few other neat tricks.

Stallone's Mercury Coupe from Cobra Movie Inspires Porsche Cayenne Based Build in Russia

Russian Automotive Design (R.A.D.), who built a Cayenne-based Volga with Cardi, are currently working on a new project for a special customer: a Porsche Cayenne-based homage to Sly Stallone's AWSOM 50 Merc from the movie Cobra.

Instead of buying a real '50s classic (the actual car was at a Mecum auction last year), CarDesign says something more "suitable" for the Russian condition needed to be crafted.

R.A.D. is using steel for the space frame and fiberglass for the body panels, building a funky four-seater that will go like stink and possibly even have roof-mounted aerodynamic luggage carriers.

Dartz Prombron Red Diamond Edition: Unsubtle and Bulletproof

Dartz's formerly whale-penis-equipped Prombron recently got updated with a Red Diamond Edition, revealed at Top Marques Monaco. The over-the-top luxury barge continued the tradition of silly vehicles being shown off to the stupidly-wealthy (remember the Bewerp Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS?).

It supposedly comes with gold-plated, bulletproof windows, so you know we're talking about one classy cruiser. Other details on this Russian-built tank truck include bulletproof wheels, a tungsten exhaust, white gold gauges coated in gems, and a Rogue Acoustic Audi System. The Prombron's also bulletproof.

While the new Optima will arrive in Kia's U.S. showrooms this fall, European buyers will have to wait until Spring of 2011 to get their hands on the Korean firm's D-segment sedan that will compete with the likes of the Ford Mondeo and Citroen C5.

Efficient Dynamics, Meet Pod Racer: BMW Sequence GT Concept

The BMW Sequence GT is the brainchild of Seungmo Lim, a graduate student at Pforzheim University in Germany.

Lim explains that the "Electric Gran Turismo Sequence" project started out with two questions: 1) "How important is the appearance of green cars?", and 2) "What is 'Efficient dynamics'?"

"In other words these two questions mean, 'What kind of qualification does a blue or green car have to have in order to get a BMW badge in the future?'"

I've got no idea, so it's good that he came up with an answer: Combining "driving pleasure with blue architecture."
